How many friends can I refer?

You can refer as many friends as you like! However, you can only receive rewards one time per referral email.

How can I refer my friends?

To refer friends to the CIRCA Referral Program, you must be a registered CIRCA Client. This means you have either had a private in-person appointment at one of our global locations or completed an online submission.

To invite your friends, go to log-in to your CIRCA account. On the left, select the CIRCA Referral Program tab. Provide the First Name, Last Name, Email Address and/or Phone Number of the friends you’d like to invite. Click Invite.

You’ll be able to track the status of each referral and re-send invitations from here.

What if I’m a CIRCA client but don’t have an account?

If you’re a CIRCA Client, meaning you have either had a private in-person appointment at one of our global locations or completed an online submission, you can sign-up for an account by clicking here. Once your account is active, you can refer your friends using the instructions detailed above.

Is there a time limit on referral invitations to be eligible?

Referrals must register or sell to CIRCA within 365 days of invitation receipt.

Who is eligible for CIRCA referral program rewards?

Currently, the CIRCA Referral Program is available for clients in the US only.

Only referrals who are new to CIRCA will be eligible for you to invite and redeem rewards. Referrals who are existing CIRCA clients will not be eligible for the CIRCA Referral Rewards Program.

Can I refer myself?

No, you cannot refer yourself.

How does the tree planting work?

For every referral who registers with CIRCA, we’ll donate 100 trees to be planted by our partner, One Tree Planted. Every tree planted will contribute to projects around the world. Global reforestation helps increase climate change resilience, promotes biodiversity, and helps clean our water and the air we breathe. You’ll receive an eco-friendly e-Tree Certificate to commemorate the trees you’ve helped plant with your CIRCA Referral Rewards.

Will i see what or how much my referral sold?

No. Every purchase at CIRCA is private and confidential.

Is there a minimum purchase amount to be eligible for the circa referral rewards?

No. There is no minimum purchase to eligible for our CIRCA Referral rewards.

Are referrals who purchase from your online boutique eligible for CIRCA referral rewards?

Currently, CIRCA Referral Rewards are only awarded to referrals who sell to CIRCA.

What does it mean for a referral to resgister with CIRCA?

A referral will be considered to have registered with CIRCA if they schedule an appointment at one of our global locations or start an online submission to sell their jewelry, diamonds, or watches.

Does my referral have to sell for me to be eligible to grow trees?

No, your referral does not need to sell for you to earn your 100 trees. Your referral must only register with CIRCA.

Am I eligible for rewards if I refer a friend in-person?

Currently, only referrals you’ve invited through our official CIRCA Referral Program tab in your CIRCA Account are eligible for rewards.
